2. Description of Service

Beat.Fish is a platform that allows users to create, manage, and share soundboards with friends and participants. Users can act as hosts (creating soundboards) or participants (joining and interacting with soundboards).

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account by providing accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the audio content and soundboards you create. By uploading content to Beat.Fish, you:

• Grant us a license to host, store, and share your content as necessary to provide the Service
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload
• Agree not to upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates these terms

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload or share copyrighted material without proper authorization
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beat.Fish from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
